Another Pinoy Success Story reaching $100 in blogging for adsense income.   This time from a 17 year old who attended one of my workshops last April 2009 in Manila.  I found out about this when I received this email from RR:

Kuya Jomar, Finally! After 5 months, naka-100$ din ako! Yahooo!  Thanks po sa lahat ng tulong, payo at suporta. Even after the seminar, you still gave me helpful and genuine advise. Until now I can’t believe that a 17 year old like me could earn online. Sana marami pa po kayong matulungan. God bless you!

So I sent RR my interview!

1. When did you start blogging with adsense?

April 2009

2. How much did you earn then? Per month?

For the first few weeks, I earn $0.10 – 0.25 cents. But After having my niche, there are days I earned $2 per day

3. After applying lessons from the workshop— did your earnings change?

Yea definitely.

4. What do you think is different in your attitude that allowed you to get that first adsense $100?

I think I became more dedicated.

5. What do you feel is different in your attitude that allowed you to get that first adsense $100?

I felt I need to accomplish something.

6. But what do you suspect is the real reason why you now have that adsense $100?

Maybe its God’s plan

7. How many blogs did you make with adsense?

15 blogs.

8. How much time –really did you think you spent on a daily/monthly/weekly basis for this?

I started April. Aside from being new in blogging, that’s vacation, so from April-May I spent almost the whole day to organize my blogs. From June-present I spent 2-3hrs per week.

9. Who was your FIRST internet marketing mentor? (Who taught you? Who did you follow?)

10. What drove you to attend the workshop?

My dad told me about it me since I am taking up marketing and advertising and I won’t just let this opportunity slip off my hands

11. Message to other non-workshop attendees?

You should definitely attend Jomar’s workshop, (or if you’re not able due to location or schedule, try this) I assure you that everything is worth it cause you’ll discover that you can do something that you never thought you’re capable of doing. Even after the workshop, he’ll still be there to guide you.

1. How much is your first adsense income?
$100

2. How does it feel?
After 5 months of religious blogging, it felt really great.

3. Who was the first , 2nd and 3rd persons who told it to?
My Mom and Dad.

4. What did they say?
I did a good job and they’re proud of me.

5. What’s the biggest lesson you learned in the workshop?
All about Internet Marketing

6. What’s the SMALLEST lesson you learned in the workshop?
Uh, I think the shortcut keys. Like Ctrl+C for Copy and Ctrl+V for Paste

7. How long before you decided to join the workshop – time between you READ about it and JOINED it.
By the time my Dad told about the workshop to me, we immediately contact Jomar.

8. Why is that duration that long or short?
I’m really interested about it.

9. What do BOOKS you read that you’d recommmend t others  who attended the workshop??
Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
Rich Kid, Smart Kid.
And some ebooks about blogging that Jomar had provided.

10. Do you have any affirmations to yourself? Examples? (affirmations are things you say to yourself for self-confidence)
5 months is too long for your 1st 100$, but I think you did a great job.

11. Favorite feature of the workshop?
Hands on. It won’t make you bored.

12. Least favorite feature of the workshop?
Discussing some terms that I’m not familiar of.

13. Future plans now that you’ve reached 100+ usd in blogging/adsense?
Still thinking about it. Actually, my next target is to have a 100$/month. Hope I could do it! :)

14. How did you celebrate with your new money?
I’m still working to get in via Western Union.

15. How will you use the money? Spend? Save etc?
Probably I’ll just save it for now and invest it somewhere fruitful later on.

16. What are your blogs about?
Football, Basketball, Movies like GI joe, Twilight and Iron Man, Gadgets, Realtionship Advices and my own blog which I post random trendy stuffs.

17. What’s your most popular blog?
The Twilight blog. hahah

18. Did you ever become lazy in blogging?
Yea at times. You know. School stuffs and home chores must be prioritize more.

19. Why did you push through in blogging?
It’s a lotta fun!
